Shipping Policy

All items on our website are sold as pre-orders, unless stated otherwise.

Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase. Items are produced after the pre-order period ends.

Production and shipping usually take 4–8 weeks from the date the pre-order window closes. This timeframe is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.

Once we receive the finished products, orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
